Step into The Cooking School at Billie’s Grocery for exciting hands-on cooking classes led by KC’s top culinary experts. Explore a variety of kitchen techniques, uncover our favorite seasonal ingredients, and stay updated with the latest culinary trends. After preparing delicious recipes, you'll sit down with your classmates to enjoy your creations family-style, complete with a glass of wine. It’s a perfect blend of learning, fun, and fantastic food. Get ready to roll up your sleeves, slice, dice, steam, sauté, bake and savor every moment!

Class Format & Menu:

• Our classes are hands-on and interactive!
• Wine included with dinner classes. Billie’s bar menu available for purchase.
• Menu subject to minor changes due to ingredient availability and changes are made only when necessary, ensuring valuable learning moments.
• If a class is plant-based and/or gluten-free it will be outlined in the class description.
• Contact us to discuss any allergies or dietary intolerances.
• Recipes will be emailed after class to ticket purchaser.

Preparation:

• Wear comfortable shoes.
• Bring a hair tie for long hair.
• We will provide you with an apron & gloves for class.

Age Requirement:

• Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 

Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund or credit if we cancel due to extenuating circumstances (always within 24 hours).
• Half refund if you notify us at least 72 hours prior to the class.
• No refund if you cancel within 72 hours of the class time.
