Seaweed, glorious seaweed! Its usage extends way beyond sushi and its health benefits are numerous. Super high in minerals, low in calories, crunchy, salty and a great source of fiber and protein (yes, protein!), seaweed should definitely be a staple in your pantry and diet. In this class, our instructor will lead you through unique recipes that incorporate seaweed in familiar applications.
