Spring Pasta Making
A fresh take on pasta night, inspired by the flavors of spring. In this class, you’ll make pasta from scratch, hand-shaping orecchiette and rolling fresh linguine, then bring it all together in a bright, seasonal menu layered with crisp vegetables, citrus, and classic Italian flavors. Think savory bacon and ricotta, lemony chicken, and simple, well-balanced dishes that highlight the season. We’ll cover essential techniques before finishing with an easy, elegant tiramisu, then sit down to enjoy everything together, family-style.

CANCELLATION POLICY
BG will issue a full refund or credit towards another class of your choice if we are required to cancel due to extenuating circumstances. For a half refund, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to the start of your class. If you're required to cancel within 72 hours of class time, no refund or ticket transfer will be issued.
