Rustic Italian Feast

This class walks through a warm, comforting Italian menu, from roasted grape bruschetta to homemade gnocchi. You'll see how it all comes together, roasting and blistering grapes for a sweet and savory bruschetta, rolling gnocchi and tossing it in a creamy zucchini ricotta pesto, and baking lemon chicken thighs until juicy and golden. The result is a well rounded, flavor packed meal that finishes with a classic tiramisu for dessert. Class ends with a shared, family-style meal.

BG will issue a full refund or credit towards another class of your choice if we are required to cancel due to extenuating circumstances. For a half refund, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to the start of your class. If you're required to cancel within 72 hours of class time, no refund will be issued.
