JOIN KANSAS CITY'S OWN MOZZARELLA MADAM AS SHE LEADS US IN PULLING FRESH MOZZARELLA FROM THE CURD. LEARN ABOUT HOW TO SELECT THE RIGHT CURDS, PROPER TECHNIQUE, AND OF COURSE, HOW TO PULL, FOLD, AND FLAVOR YOUR OWN MOZZARELLA. SAMPLE WHAT YOU MAKE OR TAKE IT HOME TO ENJOY. 

WE WILL HAVE A CHARCUTERIE SPREAD TO EAT FROM AND A GLASS OF RED OR WHITE WINE WITH THE CLASS. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

BG will issue a full refund or credit towards another class of your choice if we are required to cancel due to extenuating circumstances. For a half refund, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to the start of your class. If you're required to cancel within 72 hours of class time, no refund will be issued.
