Gluten-Free Pasta Night: Gnocchi & Spaghetti Edition

Join us for a fun and flavorful evening celebrating gluten-free cooking! We’ll start by crafting pillowy potato gnocchi from scratch, paired with crispy pancetta, sautéed spring vegetables, and a silky pea soubise. Then we’ll prepare gluten-free spaghetti (store-bought but delicious!) and serve it with a vibrant, homemade arugula pesto.

We’ll round out the meal with a crisp spring salad and end on a sweet note with gluten-free madeleines served alongside bright, tangy lemon curd. Perfect for gluten-free foodies or anyone ready to enjoy a seasonal, satisfying night in the kitchen.

BG will issue a full refund or credit towards another class of your choice if we are required to cancel due to extenuating circumstances. For a half refund, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to the start of your class. If you're required to cancel within 72 hours of class time, no refund or ticket transfer will be issued.
