You'll mix, shape, and prepare your own cinnamon raisin bread  to take home and bake, all while learning the techniques that make gluten-free sourdough bread so special. Sip on coffee or tea as we dive into dough and fermentation, then enjoy fresh-baked bread with a spread bar full of toppings to sample and share. Perfect for gluten-free foodies, sourdough beginners, or anyone who just loves a good loaf.

You'll go home with a fully baked loaf and a gluten free sourdough starter for the next time you're ready to bake.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

BG will issue a full refund or credit towards another class of your choice if we are required to cancel due to extenuating circumstances. For a half refund, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to the start of your class. If you're required to cancel within 72 hours of class time, no refund will be issued.
