Our From Scratch series breaks down the components of a familiar dish in order to show you the ease of making each element from scratch, homemade and handmade. In this class, our instructor will explore Fish Tacos from A-Z! You'll start with homemade flour tortillas, start to finish (because it's so easy!). Two methods of fish cookery will follow, and then the fun and tasty toppings. This is the perfect introduction to Summer and a necessary taco treat to add to your repertoire!
