Fried Chicken + Biscuits

Nothing more needs to be said! In this class, students will learn how to break down a whole chicken, brine it, dredge it, and fry it. If you’re unsure of the deep frying process and how to accomplish it at home, this class will provide a foundation of knowledge and lots of hands-on practice. Students will also gain experience in making fluffy, layered biscuits from scratch as well as a couple other side dishes. Yum!
