This hands-on class dives into a menu of East Asian classics, from crispy chicken katsu to sticky Korean chicken. You'll work through real techniques, breading and frying, building sticky-sweet glazes, and mastering scallion pancakes from scratch, while putting every skill to immediate use. The result is a dynamic, flavor-packed meal featuring crispy, sticky, tangy, and fresh elements across four dishes. Class ends with a shared, family-style meal.

CANCELLATION POLICY

BG will issue a full refund or credit towards another class of your choice if we are required to cancel due to extenuating circumstances. For a half refund, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to the start of your class. If you're required to cancel within 72 hours of class time, no refund will be issued.
