Breaking down a whole chicken is the foundation of this technique-focused class, paired with bold, dynamic flavors throughout. Each participant will work through half a chicken, identifying cuts, moving through joints, and using each part with intention. From there, you’ll build a vibrant, flavor-driven menu that highlights crispy, savory, tangy, and fresh elements across a range of dishes. Designed to be practical and approachable, this class blends foundational technique with real application and ends with a shared, family-style meal.

CANCELLATION POLICY
BG will issue a full refund or credit towards another class of your choice if we are required to cancel due to extenuating circumstances. For a half refund, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to the start of your class. If you're required to cancel within 72 hours of class time, no refund will be issued.
